LMR’s well known 24hr breakdown recovery and replacement service is a rapid response for any customer requiring urgent gear expertise and services. LMR understand that when a component is broken then ‘time is money’. It was in direct response to requests from customers that the LMR 24hr service was started.
Where at immediate notice – LMR engineers a replacement and deliver the new component if feasibly possible back to you within 24hrs. In many cases the faulty component is very old and has no drawings from which to manufacture, in this instance we collect the broken part, reverse engineer from what we have available and deliver the new part back to the customer within 24hrs. This is an incredibly valuable service when your production has been shutdown due to the breakdown.
